Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth
Length: 15 hrs and 47 mins
Date Published: July 2nd 2021
Why I Recommend it: Probably Dolores’ most well-known material, Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth, covers a wide range of topics. Whether you are just waking up or further down the road on your journey of spiritual and self-discovery, this book is a must-listen.
It explores the coming “New Age” in a simple and matter-of-fact way that only Dolores Cannon can deliver.
*Side Note: I’m not fond of the term “New Age” as I find it to be divisive and carrying a somewhat negative connotation in the spiritual community. It’s important to remember we are all Source energy on Source’s journey.
Some topics covered include:
Characteristics of the Three Waves of Volunteers
The Difficulties being Experienced by First-Timers
How the Shift Is Affecting the Physical Body
The Roles of ETs and Light Beings in the Shift
Keepers of the Grid
The Separation of the Old and New Earth
What Is the New Earth?
What Is the Significance of 2012?
Are you part of the volunteers? What wave did you come in on? Personally, I believe I’m part of the second wave, and I’m grateful to be here.

2. Keepers of the Garden
Length: 11 hrs and 29 mins
Date Published: March 25, 2015
Why I recommend it: Have you ever had that feeling where you get goosebumps all over your body, and you know you’re exactly where you’re meant to be? Well, this book gave me that feeling multiple times. I listened to it twice, and the deep resonance I felt almost brought me to tears many times. I absolutely love this book. The story follows a client of Dolores Cannon named Phil, who feels a disconnect from humanity. During his sessions with Dolores, instead of regressing to lifetimes on Earth, he regresses to lifetimes on other planets. Phil finds out he is a somnambulist, which allows him to reach a deep state of hypnosis. This enables Dolores to speak to the deepest levels of the subconscious (also known as the superconscious mind). This part of the mind holds answers to many mysteries that are completely hidden from the conscious mind.
Some topics covered include:
Multidimensional Existence: Exploration of past lives across different dimensions and planets, illustrating the concept of existence beyond Earth.
Existence as Pure Energy: Descriptions of life forms that exist as pure energy, emphasizing diverse forms of existence.
Guidance by The Keepers: Continuous guidance from 'The Keepers', spiritual entities that protect and guide Phil through his various incarnations.
Challenges of Earthly Life: Phil's struggles with physical limitations on Earth and his encounters with UFOs and extraterrestrials, including the trauma of alien abduction.
Role and Responsibility as a Gardener: Revelation of Phil's role as a 'Gardener', tasked with nurturing life across the universe as part of a grander cosmic plan.
Mission to Aid Humanity: Phil's mission to communicate the Keepers' concerns and encourage humanity to take better care of Earth and understand its place in the cosmos.
If you’re familiar with The Ra Material: The Law of One, this book aligns closely with "Wanderers" from those texts. It is filled with spiritual insights and downloads, making it a truly wonderful listen altogether.

3. The Convoluted Universe: Book One
Length: 21 hrs and 59 mins
Date Published: October 9th, 2019
Why I recommend it: This is the follow-up to The Custodians by Dolores Cannon. You don’t need to read The Custodians (which covers alien abduction regressions) to enjoy this book. This book is a wild ride for sure. Dolores delves into many spiritual and metaphysical topics in this one. Prepare to expand your mind!
Dolores regresses a client named Linda, who discovers a past life as a man named Bartholomew from the Middle Ages. During Linda’s sessions, Bartholomew is visited by an extraterrestrial Pleiadian being who appears as an old man. This being imparts knowledge to Bartholomew, intending it to be passed down to a prodigy. The sessions then delve into Bartholomew's journey through other dimensions, where he communicates with light beings and imparts teachings about Earth's history. I won’t spoil the rest if that has piqued your interest.

4. Conversations With Nostradamus: Volume 1
Length: 19 hrs and 2 mins
Date Published: December 1st, 2020
Why I recommend it: Doesn’t it feel like we are living in prophetic times? It does to me. I knew next to nothing about Nostradamus before listening to this book. In Conversations With Nostradamus: Volume 1, Dolores regresses a client who had a past life as Nostradamus. From this regression, Nostradamus communicates with Dolores through time and space to bring a warning to mankind, but also hope that it’s never too late to change the path we are on.
In Volume 1, Nostradamus deciphers 136 prophetic quatrains, mainly those dealing with the next 50 years of our future on Earth.
If you’re unfamiliar, in the 1530s, Nostradamus wrote many quatrains about future events. He kept them quite vague to protect himself from being persecuted by those who might abuse his knowledge, as well as from the Church, which might have viewed him as demonic or a warlock and locked him up.
I found it fascinating that Nostradamus used mirror meditation, combined with clearing the mind by staring at a lit candle flame, to enter into a special space where he communicated with Dolores.
Throughout the book, she ends up realizing most of his quatrains have been misinterpreted. That was my biggest surprise: how many we’ve gotten wrong.
If you are just as curious about Nostradamus and mankind’s possible future as I am, this book is a fascinating listen from Dolores Cannon.
Some topics covered include:
Deciphering 136 of Nostradamus' quatrain predictions through past life regression
Learn about Nostradamus’ predictions for the next 50 years of the Earth's future
Who Nostradamus was as a person, his personality and his life happenings
Fascinating insights into past lives, meditation, and potential future events

5. Jesus and the Essenes
Length: 12 hrs and 26 mins
Date Published: August 23, 2018
Why I recommend it: I’ve always been deeply fascinated by Jesus, as well as Gnosticism and the Essenes. Hearing Dolores Cannon’s conversation with someone who actually lived with Jesus is mind-expanding in itself. Gaining hidden insights into how Jesus lived and possibly the true teachings of Jesus right from a source close to him is incredibly interesting.
In this book, Dolores regresses a woman named Elizabeth, who lived a past life as an energy healer alongside Jesus Christ.
I think my favorite part was learning about how this group of Essenes would require followers to purify their bodies before being allowed into the inner community, and how they would all sit around a large crystal in their commune (for lack of a better word) to connect to spirit. I believe many spiritual people can relate to that feeling.
The book covers Jesus' life from his boyhood to his emergence as a spiritual leader, illustrating how fame brings new experiences and challenges. It delves into Jesus' study of the mystic arts and ancient texts, which reveal secrets of the Universe and reality.
Who were the Essenes?
From Wikipedia: They were a sect of Jewish Mystics from the Second Temple period that flourished from the 2nd century BCE to the 1st century CE.
*Note: This book contains information that may diverge from some religious texts, as it presents a firsthand account of a past life.
Some topics covered include:
Coverage of Jesus' life from boyhood to spiritual leadership, including his place in his community of Essenes
a woman’s past life who lived as an energy healer alongside Jesus Christ in the time of the Essenes
Insights into Jesus’ life and true teachings
Learning about the Essenes' culture, daily practices, and spiritual studies
Examination of Jesus' study of mystic arts and ancient texts
